Neal Alvarado
Neal assists in the Rio Grande City USDA NRCS office. He is key to all of the programs that are administered through that office. In addition to accompanying NRCS employee Roel Guerra on field visits, Neal helps producers with program paperwork, reviews applications and certifies work.
